Welcome to Laya Naturals. These terms cover your use of layanaturals.store and any order you place with us. By using our website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Laya Naturals is a home-grown natural health food brand based in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, founded by Thendral. We make products such as our Natural Health Mix and Beetroot Malt. Our registered business is Laya Health Mix, a sole proprietorship of Thendral, and our FSSAI license number is 22426202000188 (Udyam/MSME registration UDYAM-TN-21-0057180).
2. Products and information
We describe our products as honestly as we can. Because our ingredients are natural, colour, texture and taste can vary a little between batches. Our products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please read the ingredients if you have allergies, and consult a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing or under medical care.
3. Orders and payment
We take orders through WhatsApp, not through an online shopping cart. To order, message us on WhatsApp with the product and quantity. We will confirm availability, price, delivery charge and the total before you pay. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown on our website and confirmed on WhatsApp when you order. We may change prices at any time, but the price we confirm with you for a given order will not change for that order.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Use of the website
You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes only. The content, logo, images and text on this site belong to Laya Naturals and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We take care to serve you well. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu.
