For Beetroot Malt, mix 2 heaped spoons (approximately 25g) with 200 ml of hot milk or water and stir well. For Natural Health Mix, mix 2½ tablespoons with 250 ml of water or milk, mix well and boil. Always follow the instructions on your product label.
Yes. Natural Health Mix contains cashews, almonds and walnuts. Beetroot Malt contains makhana (fox nuts), almonds and cashews. Please check the complete label carefully if you have a food allergy, and confirm suitability before ordering.
Beetroot Malt contains palm sugar. You can add sweetener to your prepared drink if desired, following the product label and your taste preferences.
