Laya Naturals (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit layanaturals.store or place an order with us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, how we use it, and your rights. It is offered in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: when you contact us or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and order details. For payment, we only receive confirmation of your UPI or bank transfer. We never collect or store your card number, bank password or UPI PIN.

Information collected automatically: when you browse our site we may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, so the site stays secure and works properly, and, through analytics cookies, to understand how visitors use the site.

2. How we use your information

• To confirm and prepare your order, arrange delivery and give you support.
• To reply to your questions on WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
• To send order updates, and, only if you agree, occasional product news. You can opt out any time.
• To understand and improve how our website performs, using analytics cookies.
• To prevent fraud and keep our customers and business safe.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to serve you:

• With our courier and delivery partners, to ship your order.
• With the payment channel (UPI or bank), to confirm your payment.
• With the analytics providers named below (Google and Microsoft).
• With authorities, if the law requires it.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep order and contact records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then we delete or anonymise them.

8. Children

Our products and website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will remove it.
