After completing my M.A. in Logistics, I worked in regular jobs, just like many others. But somewhere deep inside, I always felt that I wanted to do something different. I wanted to become an entrepreneur, to create something meaningful with my own hands, something I could proudly call mine.
“But the biggest question was always: where do I begin?”
I kept exploring ideas until I found my answer in something simple, something close to our roots: traditional, homemade, wholesome food. In our busy lives, we often forget the goodness of the foods we grew up with: nutritious health mixes, fresh juices, sprouts, and traditional ingredients that once had a special place in our homes.
That’s when I thought, “Why not bring this goodness back into people’s everyday mornings?” And that’s how my little journey began.
From my home to your morning ❤️
I started by preparing homemade health mixes with simple ingredients and lots of care. Slowly, I began expanding my offerings.
Today, my little morning kitchen serves fresh carrot, beetroot and amla juices, coconut milk, honey-infused amla, nutritious steamed sprouts and legumes, and homemade health mixes and malts, including beetroot malt milk.
My idea has always been simple: good food should be fresh, wholesome, affordable, and made with care. I don’t want to simply sell a product. I want to offer something that people can happily make a part of their morning routine.

My small business, my biggest dream
Starting a business has taught me something I will always carry with me: you don’t need everything to be perfect before you begin. You just need the courage to take that first step.
I didn’t have a huge amount of money to invest. I started with what I could afford, learned along the way, and kept moving forward. There is still so much for me to learn, improve and achieve. But every morning, when I open my Laya Naturals, I know I’m doing something that truly matters to me.
I’m not just preparing food. I’m building my dream, one morning at a time. And honestly, that feeling is priceless.
This is just my beginning
I have bigger dreams for the future. I want to grow Laya Naturals into a brand that people recognise, love and trust. I want more people to rediscover the goodness of our traditional foods.
And if my journey inspires even one person who is sitting at home with a business idea but is afraid to start, that would mean so much to me. Because I was once that person, wondering where to begin.
Today, I may have a small kitchen, but I have a heart full of dreams and the courage to chase them. If you’re reading my story, thank you for being a part of my journey.
