Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship across India. We currently do not ship outside India.

2. Order processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we pack your order fresh. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on your location and order weight. We confirm the exact delivery charge with you on WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises.

5. Packaging

Our products are packed carefully so they stay fresh and protected in transit.

6. Tracking

Where the courier provides tracking, we share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp after dispatch.

7. Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, message us on WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier for you.
